Thank you for choosing Preserve 2005. This Shipping Policy provides clear guidelines for your order's delivery and pickup options.

Delivery Methods:

1.1 Local Area Delivery: If you're in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, we offer delivery through Grab delivery service, making it easy and convenient for you.

1.2 Self Pick-Up: We provide the convenient option of self pick-up for your orders. By selecting self pick-up, you have the flexibility to personally collect your order at your convenience, ensuring the safe handling of your items.



Delivery Area:

Local Area Only: Currently, we exclusively offer deliveries within Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Local Delivery Fees:

The delivery fee is determined by your distance from our Johor Bahru pick-up point and is calculated automatically at checkout:

  • Within 5km: RM15
  • Within 10km: RM20
  • Within 15km: RM25
  • Within 20km: RM30

Local Delivery Notification:

For local delivery, the Grab App will send a notification to the receiver's provided phone number once the delivery has been arranged. This notification will include details about the scheduled delivery time and date that you selected during the order placement process.



Self Pickup Details:

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email notification. You are welcome to collect your order at the agreed-upon time or earlier, but only as early as when you receive the email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

Important Note for Self Pickup:

We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your pickup. Significant delays may require rescheduling for the following day or opting for paid local delivery. We prioritize the freshness of your items and your satisfaction.

While we encourage the convenience of self pick-up, we're here to accommodate your preferences.
